Welcome to the inside scoop on your PSYCH-K Session
Getting Ready
You will receive an email containing two documents. One document will give you some more specific information about the PSYCH-K process and the second is some questions for you to consider prior to your session. Think of it as homework that’ll help us hit the ground running and make the most of our time together.
Session Duration:
Set aside a generous 90 minutes for our session, though we may spill over a bit, so blocking off 2 hours is wise. We want to ensure we have ample time to explore and address your needs thoroughly.
Structure of the Session
To start, we’ll dedicate around 10 to 20 minutes for you to share your concerns or aspirations. This sets the stage for our work ahead.
We will then identify the subconscious beliefs that are required to allow you to achieve your desired state or outcome.
Once we’ve received the green light from your superconscious, we’ll initiate the “Balance” process. Here, we’ll effectively reprogram your subconscious mind, instilling new beliefs that align with your desired outcomes.
Finally, we’ll collaboratively craft an action plan tailored to integrate these newfound beliefs into your daily life, ensuring sustained progress beyond our session.
Frequency and Follow-Up:
While some modalities require multiple sessions, PSYCH-K often delivers profound results in just one session. Changes may manifest during or after our time together, gradually unfolding over hours, days, and weeks.
After our initial session, take time to observe the impact on your daily life. As you notice shifts, consider scheduling a follow-up session, typically no sooner than 2 to 3 weeks later. This interval allows for ample integration of changes and evaluation of progress.
It’s important to note that the effects of our work may extend beyond the specific issues addressed during our session, bringing unexpected yet delightful transformations to related aspects of your life.

In order to achieve profound sustained change in a specific area I would recommend you commit to 3 sessions over a three to six month period.
